Overview

Project Overview

BIKAJI's engagement with Neologicx reflects a challenge many established consumer-goods brands face as they expand into digital channels: a storefront alone is no longer enough. Once customers can browse and buy online, they also expect a clear way to raise concerns, track them, and get timely updates — and the internal team needs the same clarity on their side.

This case study focuses on the customer-care and complaint-management dimension of a broader digital engagement with BIKAJI. Rather than treating support as a standalone add-on, the goal was to give both customers and BIKAJI's internal team a single, structured view of how an issue moves from submission to resolution — with severity, status, and follow-up visible at every stage.

The wider engagement also touched e-commerce and mobile-commerce areas for BIKAJI. In line with factual reporting standards, this page shows only the components, screens, and workflows that are directly attributable to Neologicx and approved for public representation.

The Challenge

BIKAJI needed digital customer experiences that went beyond a storefront. Commerce, mobile access, and post-purchase customer-care interactions created multiple workflows that had to be managed coherently.

The Solution

Neologicx developed a complaint-management portal designed to give customers a structured way to raise issues, and give the internal team a clearer process for review and follow-up. This included:

  • Complaint capture through a structured digital workflow
  • Categorization and severity tracking for administration teams
  • Dashboard visibility into complaint status and handling
  • WhatsApp notifications to keep customers informed throughout the process

The wider engagement also included e-commerce and mobile-commerce work, with only components/screens factually attributable to Neologicx and approved for public use shown here.

Q&A

Project FAQs

What problem was this project solving for BIKAJI?

BIKAJI needed a structured way to handle customer complaints that came in through digital channels. Previously, issues raised by customers lacked a consistent process for capture, categorization, and follow-up — making it harder for the internal team to track status and respond in a timely way.

How does the complaint-management workflow work?

A customer raises an issue through a structured digital workflow. The complaint is then categorized and assigned a severity level, giving the administration team a clear basis for prioritization. Status and handling are visible on an internal dashboard throughout the process.

What role do WhatsApp notifications play?

WhatsApp notifications keep customers informed of their complaint status without requiring them to check a separate portal or make follow-up calls, reducing back-and-forth between the customer and the support team.

What technologies were used to build this system?

The system was built using Laravel for the backend and Angular for the administration interface — technologies well suited to structured workflow management and dashboard-based visibility.
